Lewamm Ghebremariam (she/her) is a Berlin-based Diversity Consultant and Culture Entrepreneur of Eritrean heritage. She founded "Lemlem Culture," a boutique agency focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the cultural sector. "Lemlem," meaning "flourishing" in Eritrean, reflects her mission to foster societal dialogue and transformation.
Formerly a political campaign strategist, Lewamm now advises companies on DEI, leveraging her expertise in marketing and strategy. Recognized in the Alternative Power 100 Music List 2020, she co-founded the Awareness Akademie, promoting diversity and sustainability in the club scene. Lewamm is a driving force for change in culture and inclusion.
